Believe it or not,there are no petroleum products in this fire starter. Unlike our competitors that say their products are "natural" or "food grade wax", we don't use paraffin wax for anything! Paraffin wax is a petroleum byproduct, even when it's food grade wax. If a company won't tell you what type of wax they use, feel free to assume it's paraffin and not as "natural" as they claim!
